At Fonari, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we offer. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are happy to assist within the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be approved.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited-edition releases

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Return Authorization

All returns must be approved prior to shipment.

  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error on our part (incorrect or defective item).

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Fonari is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the matter promptly and at no additional cost.
