Processing & Availability

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Due to limited brand availability, select items may require extended handling prior to shipment.

Once dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

Delivery Region

Fonari ships exclusively within the United States.
International delivery is not offered at this time.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are determined by item availability:

  • Standard availability items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Limited availability items: Delivery may extend to 20 days or more from the date of purchase

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Fonari reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier updates to appear.

Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Fonari is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Issues

Fonari is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

In the event of a delivery issue, we will assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Each case is reviewed promptly.
